Third-Party Fees: Fees required by external bodies (e.g., CGFNS, NMBI, Dataflow, Pearson VUE) are separate from our consultancy charges and are subject to change by those respective organizations.
Refund Policy: Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once the documentation process has commenced, regardless of the outcome of the application with external regulatory bodies.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy, Nadhan Management Consultancy shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by courier services, postal authorities, or government/regulatory bodies.
Changes in international immigration laws or nursing board requirements that occur during the processing period.
Rejection of applications by foreign nursing boards or visa offices.
